The restaurant is the last one on the left as you go out from Livigno following the road to Forcola pass. It is outside the village, but sure enough is worth of a stop. They are specialized on grilled meat that they cook on a charcoal grill. You can have fillet of beef or deer chop or bufalo steak, everything can come with Porcini mushroom or real well done polenta.
Last time we have been there I had grilled fillett with Swiss Rosti, my wife had fillett cooked with Calvados and Porcini. We drank Sassella wine and we had chestnut dessert. We paid 35 euro each that is quite reasonabe for the quality of the food. Service is fast and kind, the reasturant is clean, very sunny and from there you can start several trips leaving the car in the restaurant parking. Beside the restaurant, still belonging to the same owner, there is a shop specialized in wine, whisky and liqueurs.
