we have stayed in this Bnb for 8 nights, breakfast is nice, rooms are nice located just outside mottolino lifts. however heater and water heater are set at specific times to work, if you would like to shower after coming in from a night out, you will find no hot water. 1 other thing that let me down is my partner felt sick 1 night and she couldn't wait to arrive to the room and threw up in the elevator (we were a couple travelling not a group of friends). I offered to clean up as i thought it was only fair. I was told not to worry about it. the next morning I was told that I was going to get charged for the extra cleaning fees and before checkout they have to make sure that the room is all in order (quite strange just for somebody feeling sick they have to check upon us). I have never been to a Hotel that charges extra for cleaning. weather it is in the communal area or in the rooms. they charged me a fixed rate of 50euros! no explanation on why it added up to so much, and no reciept has been given to me yet on how it added up to so much. What happens if somebody feels sick and gets some on the carpet at a normal hotel? do they charge you for cleaning? No, At least in my case I have never experienced it yet. Is a very nice cosy place however I cannot say that I will be back as you cannot be at ease on a holiday knowing that if something would have to happen you would be charged for it.
