La Tana dell'Orso is located below the main street and can be found by descending a metal staircase from Viale Dolomiti di Brenta (the menu is advertised at the top) or following Via al Sarca to the entrance. In the summer, I imagine one could enjoy a view of the green area and lake, probably eating outside; but on a February night this was not a consiueration!
The ambience is very much Tyrolean in its decor and unobtrusive music. The service was quiet and understated but very efficient. For the main course we enjoyed the risotto funghi (two persons min). It was actually very good! The house wine (red) was fine and at Euro 6.00 for half a litre was good value.
Good food, quiet service, pleasant ambience, good value.
