Lovely hotel clean , comfortable and friendly. Food good. Good value for the area. Only hic-cup no real lounge or outside seating, may be some soft music could have been played in the area used for seating in the evening.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are really friendly. We were staying in a two bedroom apartment and it was huge. We had two bathrooms, a separate kitchen, large front room with balcony. The cleaning ladies came everyday and changed towels. They have a courtesy bus that will run you down to Maiori front, however it doesn't take long to walk. There is free wifi, however if like us your on the top floor the signal wasn't that strong. I couldn't get a signal in our room but my husband could. You have to wear a swimming hat in the swimming pool but that wasn't too bad. The swimming pool has a diving board at the deep end which is 3.5M deep. At the shallow end is a slide for the kids to play on. There is also a separate toddler pool. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is a very family friendly place.

Stayed for two weeks in late August- early Sept 2016 for a family wedding in Ravello. We found the food was terrific and Carmine and his team more than helpful whenever we needed to swap our eating times to accommodate wedding activities. Although the slightly old fashioned hotel fixtures and fittings might not suit real five star luxury seekers, this was more than overcome by the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Rooms cleaned every day unobtrusively and thoroughly.
Location just right for us - Fifteen minute stroll to the front with shops and cafes restaurants meant we never even bothered with the shuttle bus service provided by the hotel.
Swimming caps required for the pool which was quirky but actually quite refreshing from a hygiene viewpoint.
Reliable if somewhat hair-raising bus service to Minori, Amalfi and Salerno made this a great base for a bit of sightseeing of the stunning Amalfi Coast.

most pleasantly surprised by how comfortable we have been in this hotel and area,
our room was 114 and a first floor hotel room overlooking tennis courts and surrounding mountain.. lovely and quiet. worked extremely well for us.. requested a quiet room before traveling and non smoking and duly got one..
all staff are helpful and friendly which makes your stay so much nicer.. lady on reception was a star when dealing with us( thankyou if you read this forgot your name)
the cleaning here is of a exceptionally high standard all through the hotel..our bedroom was kept immaculate by our cleaner.. and towels were lovely and plentiful.
we had two weeks here and would have liked more..
the waiters all three were very gracious and good at their jobs delightful..the food is of a good standard and with one exception we enjoyed everything.. it is of the region and seasonal.. we noticed all restaurants and hotels served the same fair.. so great value on half board..you need good legs for walking here and we enjoyed walking to a lot of places from here . water taxi is brilliant and you can get to so many places on it..maiori is great base to get to see other surrounding resorts.. thomson trip to pompie and vesuvios worth doing..all in all a wonderful holiday definatly one to return to.

Room tip: not quiet at front due to traffic

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment, unfortunately overlooking the main road. As others have said, make sure you get a room overlooking the pool because if you're on the road side, don't expect to get much sleep during your stay. The road itself is extremely busy with traffic using in throughout the night, additionally Italian drivers have a tendency to beep their horns at absolutely any opportunity.
With regard to the hotel itself: firstly I have to say it's extremely clean, we had absolutely no issues about that. The main issue though was that it is extremely old fashioned. The hotel and particularly the two rooms we viewed were in desperate need of updating. Furthermore, each room was extremely dark and we were in a constant battle with the cleaners to keep them open. We always opened them to maximize the light but every time we came back to the room, the cleaners had closed them. A minor issue maybe but walking into a dark room after being out in the sun, doesn't make it particularly inviting.

Room tip: Specify room overlooking the pool and definitely not the main road!!
