First, the positives: Beautiful place - the farm, the building, outside areas, guest rooms and their appointments. Friendly and attentive staff. Very friendly animals. :) Downright excellent "Italian" breakfast (cakes to die for, juice, coffee, fruits). Our dinner (we were charged EUR 200 for 7 people - very fair for the amount of food) had absolutely delicious charcuterie (ham/prosciutto/etc.) plates, really great white house wine, and so-so assorted grilled meats.
Now a couple cautionary points. The place is sometimes used for relatively large events, so if you want a peaceful and quiet farm stay, you may be in for a surprise. If you care about that, it's best to ask by email before booking if there are any events planned during your stay. Ours was 3 nights Sunday-Tuesday (looked like we were the only guests, using 3 rooms); the first night there was a celebration for a large group of children inside/downstairs, with games, karaoke etc. lasting till about midnight; the next night there was a wedding for 120 people, which was over relatively early, about 11pm. In the end, we didn't have any problems - even if we wanted to sleep earlier (which we didn't), the windows were extremely sound (and light) proof. The first night we had staff attention for a nice dinner, check-in, etc. The second day was much tougher on staff though - wedding preparations started early, then when we returned late evening they were very tired after the wedding and we had a bit of struggle finding garden seating away from ongoing wedding cleanup, having to witness all the commotion around us. On the other hand, they did apologize and tried to make up in several ways, including another late-night delicious charcuterie plate. So in the end, we loved our stay, but we do have one complaint: If they rent guest rooms when a large wedding is to take place (and it did look like a special, not regular event, though a friend since told me he stayed at another agroturismi farm in the same area and had the same thing happen), they should give guests an advanced warning. Especially since we did exchange a few emails after booking: when I asked how late our dinner can be served on the first night, the reply was: "we can serve the dinner to you until 10.00 p.m. as we have a current meeting." "A current meeting" apparently referred to children's party the first night; nothing about the wedding. (Also, unrelated: WiFi was "broken", but they let us use their computer downstairs.)
Another useful tip pertains to the location. While Massa Lubrense is a lovely little town, and is a nice break from traffic and tourists-choked Sorrento, one GPS / SatNav (TomTom) had no idea about this address and couldn't route to it; the other (Garmin) routed perfectly, but - right through Sorrento. If you aim to drive to Amalfi coast, this location is just great - you get right to it on beautiful traffic-free roads through the rural peninsula you may not otherwise see, avoiding Sorrento. But if you plan to drive anywhere else - to Autostrada (A3), to Napoli or Pompeii, to Paestum/Salento - and use GPS, you'll probably be routed through Sorrento, which has the worst, most annoying constant traffic all day every day, adding a good hour to your trip and making this location inconvenient. I checked Google maps upon return - it routes differently, through a winding road toward Amalfi coast, then cutting north to Meta, therefore going around Sorrento entirely, and claims it's faster, too; having not done that exact drive myself though I imagine it would take a few tricks to make GPS pick it up, but in any case - do avoid driving through Sorrento at all costs if you can, unless it's late at night.
