We just spent a week at Villa Navaila in Menaggio. While it was a heat wave, the beautiful air conditioned house was perfect. All the amenities provided were perfect and the manager Laura was exceptionally available to help with all our requests.

We've just returned from staying at Villa Navalia for four nights and wish we could have stayed longer! The Villa is in excellent condition and very comfortable, the view amazing. We were traveling without a car but once you got there, the walk to town was easy and the bikes made day trips to the ferry very accessible. We were 2 couples and had plenty of space. Can't say enough about how helpful Laura was in the booking process, providing suggestions of area activities before and upon arrival. Laura helped arrange a dinner upon arrival, private van service from Milan and back, and a private boat tour. The private boat tour which included lunch on the lake was the highlight of our 2 week vacation.. Thank you Laura we hope to be back soon!

We stayed in Villa Navalia for 3 days with my wife and 3 young children and had a great time - Beautiful place, well equipped, in perfect condition, and decorated with taste. Amazing view on the Lake, and great location to visit the various towns around Lake Como.

We hired the penthouse apartment (sleeps at least 6). So many positives about this property rental: great location in Menaggio (10 mins walk from main square - villa also provides great bikes); right by sailing club so genuinely on the banks of Lake Como and beautiful, peaceful view from the balcony (which is big enough for 2 to sit comfortably and dine); fantastic service pre- and during our stay from Laura and her father (owner of property); high-spec facilities in the apartment; little touches thought about (simple things like provision of dishwasher tablets, kitchen towel, tea, option for deli food delivery etc) which makes your stay so much easier. Lovely, comfy travel cot and good high chair kindly provided for our toddler. Would definitely recommend.

Laura was most helpful all the way through the booking process and offered great suggestions for a variety of things to do and indeed helped us book both a private 30 min seaplane tour as well as a 3 hour private taxi boat cruise of the lake (recommended). The villa is above Marina Navalia in Menaggio and is consequently right on Lago di Como but is bit far to get to (about 45 mins from Como). Once there however, it is very peaceful and beautiful. It is actually very near one of the star attractions, Villa Balbianello. The villa is very spacious (~300 sq m) and is very well fitted out and relatively new. There are 2 decent sized queen bedded rooms and a smaller twin bedded room suitable for children, each of which comes with an ensuite bathroom. All bedrooms are private and have a small balcony along the side of the villa with views of the lake. There is even an additional powder room for guests. The kitchen is well equipped and fitted out and with quality SMEG appliances. The dining table easily accommodates 6 as does the living room, which has a cathedral ceiling and opens to a narrow but wide balcony fronting the marina and lake with a small table and 4 chairs. There is ample parking as well as 6 bicycles that come with the villa. Very nice touch! All in all, a wonderful stay in a comfortable modern villa with amazing views of the lake. Highly recommended!!

Quite a change from the traditional villas we stayed in on previous visits to Italy. Sleek and modern but very comfortable. Spotlessly clean and a very well stocked kitchen. The view from the balcony will stay I'm my mine's eye for a very long time. Laura made us feel welcomed and was so helpful: reservations, boat excursion, GPS settings for day trips. Our OTRA (on the road again) group of three couples agrees Villa Navalia was a great choice.
