This hotel is very consistent with Hilton Garden Inns everywhere. Maybe even a bit nicer than most. Very modern and clean. The rooms are a great size and nicely appointed. Bathrooms were larger than most. Extremely comfortable beds. The hotel staff were all very helpful. There's free parking. It was simply a comfortable place to stay.

The breakfast was also great with lots to choose from. However (and perhaps it was our timing along with LOADS of other people) it was a bit disorganized and chaotic.

You should expect that it's going to take a while to get into Venice from here. The bus stop is very conveniently located right out front. But it will take about 15 minutes or so to get to Piazzale Roma where you'll grab a water bus. This will then take a bit more waiting and another 15-30 minute trip depending on where you're heading and what bus you hop on. With kids, it was a bit exhausting but it's certainly manageable.

The front desk staff were extremely helpful. You can purchase tickets there and simply charge to your room. If you're staying any length of time there's a tourist pass with unlimited trips.

If you want to be in the heart of everything, with all the character of Venice, this is NOT the place for you. But if you're willing to spend a little extra time traveling to/from Venice and want a very clean and comfortable place, I'd certainly recommend it.

Beautifully decorated hotel, hard to fault the rooms and pool. Really easy to get to Venice from bus outside. Tickets and maps in hotel lobby BUT the hotel is badly let down by the team of utter idiots running the restaurant. It is an utter shambles and a disgrace. On our first night we waited for half an hour to get a menu then got one ourselves. From searing to bill took 2 hours and there were only 2 other tables occupied. The menu is very limited. Breakfast gradually went from bad to worse until on the last day there was no water, no cereal, no plates, no bacon, no spoons, no orange juice and the toaster and waffle iron refused to work properly. Finally lunch on the last day was ordered by my wife at the restaurant to be eaten by the pool where I was waiting. They sent het to reception as they are unable to take card payments in the restaurant. By the time she had queued with the bus load checking in our food had been deposited on a random table and left for about ten to fifteen minutes. When we finally realised we got it ourselves and took it to our table. It seems the staff do not listen as the order was also wrong.
Just to clarify the hotel and pool and front desk are great but the restaurant is so bad it will probably stop us going back. It seemed to be everyones experience as numerous people were joking about it during our weeks stay as being worse that UK sitcom Fawlty Towers. Such a shame for a great hotel. Stay here only if you don't plan to eat here!

This hotel is right next to the bus stop, and the bus gets you into the city in less than ten minutes, so it's very convenient. The room was clean and adequate. There are not many options for eating near by,so the hotel's restaurant tends to be busy,so expect it to take a while.
We found the reception to be very helpful and friendly. This hotel has sleep number beds, but no one told us or mentioned how to adjust the bed..we only saw the sign about this when we checked out...so our mattress was as hard as rock, but we did not know we could have adjusted this. They really should tell you this when you check in.

This hotel has a bus stop right outside of the hotel for the easy commute into Venice. Never had to wait more than 10 minutes either way. There is not a lot around the property but it offers excellent value if you don't need to be right in the middle of Venice. The room was clean and had a nice European feel to it. There is a large pool to relax in during down times. There is a restaurant just down the street which offered delicious pizza, which we would love to try again. Staff was very friendly

We stayed just one night at this hotel.
The proximity to the airport /town was just too good.
the public transport system available just in front of the hotel walled inexpensive and smooth transfers..
The staff are friendly and wiling to help ..
Fo sure i will stay there if I go to Venice again ..

Room Tip: Take the higher floor
