This hotel needs to improve on the little things. The pool needs to be tended, there are never clean towels and the bins are overflowing. The tuck shop is under -stocked too. Kind of important as there are no shops nearby. The staff are helpful and friendly though. Get a room away from the pool to avoid the Thursday party.

We stayed for one night prior to going on a cruise. The Hilton shuttle bus collected us promptly from the airport, great value at 12 euros for both of us. The hotel is modern, contemporary and spotlessly clean. The beds are very comfortable, rooms quite spacious and although we overlooked the main road, the double glazing reduced the noise so that we hardly heard the traffic. We enjoyed relaxing by the outside pool, towels were provided and the sunbeds were comfortable. I loved the pantry (shop) idea as we were able to buy ice creams and drinks for the poolside and take small bottles of wine and beer to our room. Although there isn't much around the hotel, the airport bus stops right at the hotel entrance and its only a 10 minute ride to Pte Roma where you can get a water bus/taxi to anywhere in Venice including the cruise terminals. The hotel shuttle also can take you to the cruise terminals. We walked for 15 minutes along the road to an excellent seafood restaurant so the only meal we had in the hotel was breakfast which was to a good standard. This is a really good value for money hotel and we would stay again.

Room Tip: Balcony rooms have a pool view

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel this weekend and thought it was wonderful. The room was large and airy, the bed was the comfiest bed I've ever slept in. It was also a treat to have a fridge in the room to keep drinks cool, which is definitely needed for stays in August! The hotel is in the minority in and around Venice that has a pool, and you wont find as many that are as well kept as this. Free towels are provided and replenished every hour, so during those busy periods you know that refreshed towels are on their way. It is also open from 8.30 - 20.30 which is brilliant for a dip any time of the day.
The fact that the hotel is in Mestre and not actually on Venice island does not hinder at all. In fact if I had the choice, I would prefer to stay there rather than a central Venice hotel. Its a 10 minute journey from the hotel to Venice (no stops) and the busses are every frequent from outside of the hotel doors, we never had to wait any longer than 5 minutes for a bus, even on a Sunday. You can buy tickets from reception, or a tip for travellers aged under 30, buy a Rolling Venice card from a Hello Venezia ticket office for 4 Euros which will then allow you to buy a 3 day travel card for 18 Euros (normally this would be 35 Euro!). You can use the busses and water busses unlimited for the time it is valid.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and cannot wait to return.

Room Tip: We stayed on the 4th floor with a pool view, no noise from anywhere!

Fabulous facilities, but a dog to find since our GPS did not recognise Via Orlanda, the street where the hotel is located. At one stage we could see the hotel, but could not get there, since it can only be accessed from the north.
The rooms are spacious and the guest laundry was a welcome addition. Rooms are quiet unless someone walks in the room above you, every footstep can be heard on these floors without carpets. The pool is great, as is the 24 hours canteen / small shop at reception.
It is totally out of the way, with nothing nearby, but the bus to Venice stops right outside the door
We left our car at the hotel - it has free underground parking

We stayed at this hotel recently for 2 nights and it was just perfect.
The photos on the website do not do justice. The hotel looked stunning in person. Being a Diamond member I got lucky in getting upgraded to a executive suite and boy was it grand :-)
The best part was the pass which works for both the bus and the water taxis. Even though we arrived late the first day, we could immediately get the pass from the hotel, be on the bus and water taxi and be at the heart of the city within minutes.
Breakfast at the hotel was very good. Lots of varieties and good food.
We had a early morning train from Mestre station and the shuttle driver was kind enough to start his day a bit earlier than usual. It was a very short ride from the hotel to the station which was nice.
Overall, the staff were very friendly, excellent location, very well maintained and very clean rooms. I certainly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Venice.

The hotel is situated less than 10 minutes bus ride from Venice. The buses are fairly regular and use the same passes as the water buses in Venice itself, so long as you aren't starting or ending your journey at the airport which costs extra. We especially enjoyed the fact that the hotel had a pool which allowed us to relax and cool down after a hard day sightseeing.
We stayed bed and breakfast. The breakfast was reasonable though may not be to every bodies taste as was quite sweet led. Fresh waffles, croissants, cakes, doughnuts as well as bacon, sausages, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, toast/bread and cereals. Fruit, yoghurts and nuts were also available along with juices and tea/coffee.
We did eat one evening meal at the main restaurant, however, and we were both disappointed with our meals which were more expensive than a lot of places in Venice without earning the price tag in taste or presentation.
We had a nice room overlooking the pool, room was clean and very comfortable. Overall this hotel was a perfect base for our holiday in Venice and I would definitely return.
