We ate here to celebrate, and had the tasting menu with wine. I am gluten intolerant and within a few minutes the chef had made some wheat-free crackers! The whole meal was wonderful. The wine selection was brilliant, and each wine was introduced and described so we understood the local area and how the wine fitted the food.
Watching the kitchen (through the big plate glass window) was fun: friendly, purposeful, and efficient.
This restaurant is worth making a special trip! (Stay at a nearby B&B and go twice!) Good parking, accessible from the A6, by train (from Turin and hence from Paris or London).
