This restaurant was amazing, because even though the traditional Tuscan diet is not vegetarian-friendly the chefs provided great alternatives such as rosemary with lentils, grilled vegetables (egg plant, zucchini), pici pasta, and caprese. The business is also a great supporter of local artist, which adds character to the elegant restaurant. It certainly worth visiting, whether drinking a glass of wine, snapping photos, or a full course meal!
