We had a fabulous time here. We stayed in one of the Riccio suites; this room was more expensive but was worth the extra cost. It was huge, with a high ceiling, lots of windows and a large bathroom (with a tub!!), not to mention lots of historic Tuscan charm. Our suite included a private vestibule that opened to the courtyard with a fabulous view of the valley below, but even with this the room was very quiet. We opted for breakfast there each morning, and it was delicious and convenient for starting our day. In addition to the property's beauty/history/convenience, the owners are also wonderful! They are very nice, helpful and provide excellent assistance and recommendations for exploring the surrounding area. Even though you get personalized service, they aren't overbearing and we never felt like we were intruding in their home. We truly enjoyed our visit here and can't recommend it enough!
