The extensive history of the wine cellar and the guided tour was amazing.. A cellar 300 years BC with a rich family history.. Don't miss this place.. The staff told great stories about the history of the family.. Just fab.. We will go back and await our wine shipment in November..!!!

We came here multiple times on our stay and bought quite a few bottles. They literally have some of the best wines in the area and a great staff. It is worth checking out just to see the cellars in all reality. Check it out, will not disappoint.

The walk down through the system of caverns and cellars was pretty cool, but the actual wine tasting was pretty lame, with small servings and a €3 charge per person if you don't buy a bottle. It was all pretty impersonal, and we didn't actually receive much information about the winery or the wines.

This place is a little difficult to find, but is just down the street from the main Piazza. You enter where you see the "Redi" sign and go down to the cellar. We went through the cellar did our own tour before entering the automatic doors to the tasting area. If you have a Rick Steves book he notes that you get something to eat, but that seemed not to be an agreed upon prearranged deal. The lady at the tasting counter was a bit hesitant and said "I can offer you some crackers and cheese if you want" The wines were pretty good, but we left being amazed at the wine cellar and how cool it was...which was awesome! We did buy one bottle and would recommend figuring out how to get a guided tour to learn more about the wine making process.
