Stayed two nights and wish we stayed longer, Stayed in separate house with full kitchen and separate bedroom . Absolutely beautiful and fully equipped .Just minutes to Montepulciano on an olive orchard . Best room we stayed in on our Italian trip. Highly recommend
We stayed here for 4 nights in the "La Mangiatoia" apartment. It was very clean and nicely furnished, with a well stocked kitchen and extremely comfortable king beds. The buildings are surrounded by beautiful trees and plants, including a border of lavender that wafts through the air as you walk around the property admiring the stunning views. Huge fields of fruit trees extend behind the agriturismo, where the owners grow the fruit for their homemade jams. The location is just off one of the main roads very close to the city center of Montepulciano, and providing easy access to the surrounding area of the Val d'Orcia. There's a great Conad supermarket 5 minutes away where you can get all you need for breakfast or other meals in the apartment.
I stayed at la frateria just one night with my husband and wish we could have stayed a week the place is lovlely clean and comftable the view is fantastic. it is just out of Montepulcino and easy to find .The owner is such anice man he gave us 2 jurs of jam they produce on the farm which was very nice of him .I hope to come again with my children.
The Frateria, less than one KM from Montepulciano has a unique view of this city.
The apartments all have at least one bedroom, fully equiped kitchen, living room and bathroon with shower. All apartments are impeccable. The owners, Luca and ,own a large farm producing fruits and olive oil. They are sensitive to all your request and strive to offer you a very good experience.
Great place. It has everything you need. It is a small complex of 5 apartments, with your basic kitchen, shower, bedroom and living. The swimming pool is small but it has a spectacular view of Montepulciano and the valley. Two restaurants (Pulcino and Il Covo) at walking distance.

A very late review but here goes - Had a lovely week here staying in the little annex cottage by the pool. Property and cottage immaculate and beautifully decorated in Tuscan style. The weather was a bit chilly for swimming but the pool was lovely to sit around for lunch. Booked directly with owner Lucca who was great to deal with. His replies sometimes took a few days as he was based in Siena in the weekdays and the agritourismo was looked after the rest of the time by his brother and his family who had little English but were very friendly and helpful. The setting of La Frateria San Benedotto is superb with AMAZING views of Montepulciano only a couple of kms away. Although the road is nearby and you can hear slight local traffic during the day it is absolutely quiet and peaceful in the evenings and early mornings. The setting and quality of the accommodation more than makes up for a little traffic noise. It was an excellent base for the area.
