“Quiet hotel and good service”
Reviewed 29 March 2014

It is a cute and very quiet hotel in a small village not so far from Norcia city (5 minutes by car).
We were at the main building, but the hotel owners have small apartments too. I saw one of these apartments and I think you have to choose a room in the hotel.
The interior is between average and good, but the service is great!
Breakfast is unfortunately poor, but the swimming pool and sunbeds are great.
Nice people work there who smile all day and also late night. :)

The hotel claims to be a 3 star hotel, when you see the flyers around it.. Nothing further from the truth, rooms are CLAUSTROPHOBIC, just to give an idea, I am 5'1 and I could touch with my fingers the lowest part of the room roof !! It was literally like sleeping on a tiny, diminutive Attic room !!
There are not toiletries like shampoo and conditioner, just soap dispenser for both shower and sink.
Now for the shower enclosure, be ready to wrestle with your elbows and against the glass, while showering, as I said before I am only 5'1 but a person of more standard height will struggle big time!
Regarding the heating system only works for a little hour on a minimum heat (to save them money of course) so be prepared to freeze in the evening and during the whole night. This aspect is really terrible as in this mountain area, the weather can get quite cold!
The Wi-Fi is hit and miss, so not good when you are so away from everything.
The hotel rips you off in the meals prices, you get just a big bill at the ckeckout, not detailed information on which price for meal and drinks are, so that is their way to get extra money from the tourist as they don't detail what you spent on what.
More importantly if you are going to use for going to visit Cascia on St Rita's festivity, don't bother with this hotel, it is not 15 minutes from it, it is further than that and the transport arranged by the "private taxi" the Hotel uses, give you one price when they are arranging in Italian , and when you get to your destination it increases much more.
Only one person in the Hotel, speaks English, so this place is not Internationally friendly to the average English speaking guest, I could get around as I know Spanish but for a guest only speaking English this will be a frustrating and ripping off experience..
I regret having booked this hotel, and I only did it because all hotels in Cascia, were full, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy and that says a lot !!
Hope this helps future travellers :) 
