My wife and I dropped in for lunch on a whim as we were wandering the streets of Norcia. I did not see an English menu, but this did not put us off, as most English-speaking tourists probably understand enough in order to make an informed choice!
The 22 euro set menu was fantastic value and we enjoyed various local cuts of salumi to start, followed by two different pastas, and then a mixed grill of delicious meat (along with a salad). Service was fantastic and lunch was leisurely.
I would recommend Trattoria dei Priori for those wishing to experience the meatier side of Norcia. Like most places in town, truffles were on the menu, and there was a designed degustation menu for approx 32 euros per person.
