Since we were not very hungry, we only had two starters. The tagliatelle with truffles and the Lasagna alla Norcia. Particularly the second was excellent. The tagliatelle, howeverm didn't taste that much of truffle (although they were also very good, and abundant unlike the lasagna portion that was a bit too small). The best for sure was the restaurant itself. Some of the most amazing views I've seen from a restaurant, with the table overlooking directly to the planes and Norcia at the bottom. Also the waiter was very nice and friendly. Just to be aware that the restaurant is located quite far out of Norcia so you'll need your own transport and about 15 minutes to get there. They also offer accommodation, which seemed really nice as well.
