We're there in late spring. The freshest fava bean and pecorino cheese mouse appetizer was unbelievably light and creamy. The flavorful T-bone steak was cooked to perfection that could rival the Tuscan bistecca. Wild boar stew could be a bit strong in flavor, something to get used to. The best is the price of Sagretino red wine which is 30% of what it'd be in the states. Nice small restaurant with a big punch. Would recommend reservation, the place filled up quickly with locals, even on a chilly weeknight.
