Set in a quaint street in Orvieto, we sat outside on the terrace and enjoyed a wonderful long lunch with friends. Although it was a very hot day and we were intending to eat a fairly modest lunch, we could not resist trying many of the dishes on the menu and ended up tasting each other's choices. My particular favourites were the ricotta flan which was light and delicious, as was the mezzaluna pasta, these both a perfect prelude to the more robust flavours of the cinghiale and agnello. The dessert of light flakey, pastry, creamy custard and raspberries was a fitting end to this memorable meal. A wonderful experience, great food and welcoming, friendly atmosphere.
