Pistoia is not a tourist town and this small trattoria caters mostly to locals - no menu in English and the young waitress and other staff did not speak English either so it helps to at least have a food/menu understanding of Italian. We had a wonderful antipasti that was a "timble" - custard-like consistency that appeared to be similar to pesto but was actually pureed zucchini with small shrimp. The two fish courses were good but not memorable. A bottle of white wine and still (read tap) water brought the tab with coperto to €64 - a bit steep for the location and food in my opinion.
