We went with friends on a daily trip to Ponza Island from Terracina and found the restaurant whilst doing so.
The restaurant is part of the fisherman's village hotel, but it's not like a hotel restaurant, completely separated from the rest of the hotel, it has an extraordinary sea view. Not cheap but quite outstanding food. A full meal costs about 40 € excluding drinks.
Excellent sea food, we had squid cooked in its ink and the most extravagantly rich "scialatieli allo scoglio" - couldn't manage a second course, but had stunning sweets - chocolate and mascarpone - tiramisu". The house wine was equally memorable.
Even if the waiter Marco, doesn't speak english, there is care in everything he does, the hospitality is really outstanding.
