What to add to all the positive and totally true comments from around the world...!
We stayed at Luciana's B&B for one week in October (6th-14th) and it was the last week of the opening season. We were 2 adults and 2 kids who were welcome in such a great, open, spontaneous and friendly way. Everything was superb, wonderful and memorable.
Sparkling clean place, spectacular breakfast with different delicious surprises every morning, key suggestions on where to go when to discover the magical Sardegna. We were also provided with towels and umbrellas to go to the beach.
We loved the rooms, all of them! Each one with its own style and Luciana's personal touch.
Both Luciana and Emanuela where always with a smile, positive attitude and ready to assist us on any minor detail. They pampered us and specially our two boys who loved feeding the cats, playing and drawing with Emanuela and laughing with Luciana.
THE moment was on Monday 13th, as my eldest son was turning 5 years old. She baked his favourite cake, decorated the place with two big balloons of the Lion King and a number 5, played the Happy Birthday song over and over and had even a present for him! We were touched and humbled by all that generosity.
She also has a great sense of humor and we enjoyed chatting and getting to know her a little bit more.
One detail to bear in mind if you travel with kids. Sardegna itself is spectacular and kids can simply enjoy the different beaches, the nature, the sea, and that is already a lot and special. If you expect to find some specific kids' attraction beyond that, then choose another place. My boys loved it. BUT it is totally worth a visit!
Dear Luciana, dear Emanuela, the four of us think of you, miss you and would definitely go back. THANK YOU SOO SOO MUCH for such a memorable week. We wish you both all positive things. See you soon!! Federico, Leopoldo, Gaetano & Romina

Room Tip: We stayed at the White and at the Blue rooms. Me and my eldest son loved the White as it is smaller...

Everything here is high quality. The location is perfect when you want to explore Costa Smeralda. Luciana was a wonderful host. She lives here since the 70s and knows all good places from restaurants to beaches. The breakfast is amazing as well. Everything she does is made with love. Details are very important to her. This place is for explorers, honeymooners and those who enjoys life. Thank you Luciana for your hospitality.

Luciana was a fabulous host who baked amazing cakes, pastries and pizzas for breakfast every morning. Her house was also immaculately clean and very stylishly decorated. Would definitely recommend this B&B. Also very close to a number of beaches and towns.

Luciana and her b&b deserves more than five stars. We spent four nights there and, of all the places we have stayed at in Sardinia during our three week tour, this was the best. Luciana loves to be with people and people love to be with Luciana. She makes you feel like you are old friends and really means it when she asks you to treat her place as your home. The b&b is located in a village accessible by a very steep road (tip: shut down your car's air conditioning when driving up or you will stall and never make it ti the top!). The breakfast room and sitting room have a wonderful view of the sea. In the sitting room, Luciana has a laptop for the use of guests which is connected to Skype. In the garden there are sun loungers, a barbecue and a fully equipped kitchen. We were fortunate to be there when four Italians living in Switzerland were staying there. They took charge of the barbecue and together we would eat outside in the evenings with Luciana joining us later with cakes, etc, she had baked and a bottle of home-made Mirto and/or Grappa. As others have said, Luciana loves to bake. She gets up at 4am each morning to bake cakes and sweet and savory pastries for breakfast. We were offered eggs on our first morning but there was so much fruit, cheese, etc, etc, that we did not miss having a cooked breakfast. We gathered that most of her business was repeat business and we were not surprised. Our room and bathroom were well equipped and spotless. A real gem on the Costa Smeralda.

We are constantly traveling in Europe and love staying at B&Bs. Sometimes the reviews are not what you really get. BUT GET THIS. Luciana's place is a homerun...the best ever. The views, the breakfast, and of course the hostess. Luciana is a charm. Her rooms are decorated by art that she has draw. The breakfast is just beyond words..not the basic toast, etc. this is fresh quiches, eggs any stlye, pastries, cakes, cheeses, breads all made by the wonderful Luciana. She was so helpful in directing us to some of the most beautiful beaches and nice restaurants. If you go, so hello to her from the two New Yorkers.

We stayed with Luciana for 2 nights at the beginning of our trip to Northern Sardinia and we were very well looked after! We would normally chose to stay in hotels so this was really a first for us and I'm glad that we gave it a shot. She is a most attentive host and gave us great tips on where to find the best beaches and restaurants - something that maybe the larger hotels lack is the personal touch of a hostess. Her house is bright and boasts an excellent view of the sea which is only a few mins away by car. The room was spotless with a nice big comfy bed and one thing that I was very impressed by was the proper hairdryer supplied in the room!! The breakfast each morning was delicious and all cooked by Luciana herself. There is free WiFi in the house. I would certainly recommend this quaint B&B and we ourselves hope to return in the future :-)

Grazie Luciana!
We were so lucky to have found this B&B in the beautiful but usually expensive Costa Smeralda. This north-east part of Sardinia is amazingly beautiful and justifiably famous. The bays and beaches are quite amazing with sandy coves surrounded by round pink granite rocks and turquoise, cristal clear waters. The B&B is 5 minutes drive from Baia Sardinia, a quiet (in September) little holiday resort town with a nice beach and a choice of good restaurants. Nearby you can go to Golfo Pevero Beach, Capriccioli Bay just south of Porto Cervo (with its famous marina and luxury harbor), Cala Liscia Ruia and many other more or less secluded beaches.
Back to the place Luciana, the owner, greets you with a big smile and tons of friendliness. She is totally there for you, built the place in her own style (she told us "give me a place to refurbish and I will do it. I love to renovate old spaces and to transform them into a cozy place!") and makes you feel at home from the minute you get there. We had the "blue room", the largest one right when you get in on the veranda. It has a very high ceiling (must be 18-20 feet tall) and a large space with an adjacent large bathroom with shower. Beautiful! Lots of space in the large closet, A/C and a mosquito net on the door (not so frequent in Italy). The loggia has a beautiful view on the sea and all the place feels very relaxing. The pleasant surprise comes in the morning when breakfast is served! A cornucopia of eggs, ham, bread, jams and Luciana's homemade cakes can be overwhelming but not if you are hungry after a long sleep and preparing for an active day at the beaches.
There is free wireless and a table set up with a laptop, a camera and a microphone for guests who want to Skype without having brought their own computer...
Luciana has three of those bed rooms and in the backyard there is even a little kitchen and a BBQ for those who want to cook themselves dinner.
I think she is open from April/May through October.
We will definitely come back and recommend this place to our best friends!

Room Tip: The blue room is the largest and lightest of the three. Try to ask for that one!
