WE had an amazing time on our honeymoon eating at Love Restaurant in Porto Cervo. The selection of appetizers was phenomenal, and we had wonderful local fare "fregola" pasta with clams, mussels, and seafood. For the entree, a perfectly grilled "honore" fish and then wonderful dessert to top it off.
The real charm here is the atmosphere, Maestro Marco Palumbo the head chef and his trusty sidekick waiter Federico hosted us like their own family. At the end of the night when we needed a taxi home after enjoying the excellent local wine, the chef instead offered to drive us himself with a guided tour of the area all the way back. What a great time! Definitely give some Love to Love when you're next in Sardinia.
