“One of our favorites!”
Reviewed 28 August 2014

We ate here two years ago and loved it. Sometimes the second visit is not as good as you remember. That was not the case. It was even better. We even considered returning the next night! We shared the seafood salad appetizer. It was a nice portion and terrific. It is one of our favorite dishes so we are very critical! We each ordered pasta and enjoyed that immensely as well. The service was outstanding and the setting lovely. Next visit we are going to do the cooking class.

“Curious but very good restaurant”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

We stumbled upon this place while wandering around the narrow alleys of Positano one evening. Going down the stairs to the restaurant we encountered something that was a mix between a wine cellar, antique shop, and elegantly furnished villa.

Before ordering, one of waiters brought us a large plate of fresh fish and crustaceans and described each and how they could be cooked. A nice touch, although we ended up being quite boring and ordered antipasto and some pasta main courses. We accepted the waiter's suggested wine choice, which was excellent.

The service was very good and attentive and the atmosphere was low key, sophisticated and discreet. Overall, a lovely little spot for a relaxing evening meal in quite sumptuous surroundings.

“Great dinner with nice ambiance”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

We enjoyed one of our best Amalfi Coast dinners here. The menu is extensive, as is the wine list, and the service is good. We did not have a reservation so we had to sit inside at a table that was less than ideal, so I would advise making a reservation in advance for the outdoor seating area, which is lovely.

“A must-go in Positano!”
Reviewed 21 August 2014

We just stumbled across this place on our way home from the beach and what a find! Elegantly decorated and with a cute little back garden patio, we stepped into a wine cellar complete with excellent food.

The bread basket is to die for and the wines are served in Riedel glasses. Needless to say, the wine list is hefty and had a long list of Barolos.

The food was amazing, service attentive and it’s one of those place that starts the meal with a little something from the chef and finishes with serving the espresso with a lid. The fresh fish of the day were presented to us before we decided on what to order,

Prices are a little on the expensive side, but it was all definitely worth it and we’ll be eating here again on our next visit to Positano!
