Last time we visited Positano, we stayed at the Punta Regina. They are related to the Miramare.
While both are very nice, I think the rooms are a little larger at Punta Regina and the roof top breakfast room with pool sets Punta Regina apart. The biggest issue we have location due to the steps that you have to go down. We counted over 200 steps to the beach alone, and that is fine going down, but a pain going up. Anyone with a leg problem or the elderly would not be happy with this hotel. The views are much better though and the staff is very nice and helpful. As long as you are healthy and able bodied, you will enjoy this hotel.
