My daughter and I both agree that our stay with Peppe, Rosario and all the staff here at this lovely spot was the highlight of our time in Italy. Guests should feel very fortunate that Peppe shares his family's home with visitors in such a warm and helpful manner. We spent three nights here and each morning's breakfast on the terrace overlooking the water was a true pleasure. The elegant, quiet, out-of-the way atmosphere was a respite from the busy summer streets of the village. I can't wait to return.

La Casa De Pepe was hands down the best stay on our 17 day Europe vacation. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days and we didn't want to leave. The location was perfect, with a private beach down the stairs, and romantic views everywhere you looked.
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, when looking for excursions or just things to do. Pepe, the owner made us feel as if we were locals and made our trip that much more memorable.
Breakfast was great each morning and the view was incredible.

Firstly, read all the 5 star reviews which are all accurate and correct. It's one of the most famous villas in Positano as his father was once the Mayor and his mother an international dress designer (Madonna, "Vogue" Dresses).
Restored by Peppe in 2012, he has created a bespoke and unique home to share with guests. From the moment he greets you to the time you leave, Peppe and his staff cater for every need from restaurant bookings to travel arrangements. Of course it helps when you're the "mini mayor" who has 60 cousins running businesses in the area.

It is 5☆+ but here are a few tips to help you with your booking.

TIP.. Book direct with Peppe through his website. The main search engines will only offer you one room to chose but he has 5 suites all beautifully furnished.

TIP.. Book your transport from the airport to the villa with Peppe. A chauffeur in a black Mercedes Benz will be waiting at the airport for you. It's a standard fixed price of €130 each way.

TIP.. If you have heavy luggage you must book a Porter through Peppe. There are 16 steps down to the hillside villa.

TIP.. Bring comfortable walking shoes as everywhere you need to go in this area is on a hill. The beautiful beach with 4 restaurants are 458 steps below. Easily manageable providing you take your time.

In summary, just enjoy this small piece of heaven. Thank you Peppe for making our holiday very special.

If you want something with quiet elegance, away from the crowds in close proximity to one of the best beaches in Positano- Casa di Peppe is a great bet.

The place is tastefully and impeccably done, clean and Peppe works 24/7, personally greeting and attending to his guests.

A nice boutique choice with elegantly appointed rooms.
