“Wow”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 25 July 2014

We did not take the cooking class but DID have our most memorable meal here. overlooking the Amalfi coasts to the strains of live music with a farm to table menu that had even our boisterous family speechless. Words are inadequate for the quality, hospitality and vitality of Tagliata. Reservations a MUST and then you take their private shuttle there and back from Positano.

“Fun Italian Cooking”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 29 June 2014

My boyfriend and I done the cooking class on our last day in Positano and it was the perfect way to spend our time. We were picked up at our hotel & taken to the restaurant where we were greeted by a huge breakfast. The class itself was lots of fun, Giorgia is fun, courteous and makes everything very simple. The food was delicious and lots of it! We picked up some great tips and are looking forward to cooking the dishes for friends and family. Thanks so much Giorgia & Susanna! This was definitely one of the highlights of our trip and couldn't recommend it highly enough - Pedro & Sarah.

“Cooking extravaganza!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 June 2014

A perfect day! We rented a villa from Giorgia and that is how we found out about the cooking class. The four of us had a wonderful time cooking, drinking wine, and eating what we made plus a few added surprises from the La Tagliata kitchen. We had enough food to last us the rest of the week!. Giorgia and Susanna made us feel like part of the family. They made Italian cooking seem easy, using simple and fresh ingredients. All of this with a beautiful view and a tour of the terraced farm surrounding the restaurant. It was an overall exceptional experience. If you have any interest in real Italian cooking, this is the place to go.

“Fantastic food and Fun”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 May 2014

The experience at the cooking class was fun and informative. Georgia and Susanna made the cooking seem so simple and yet everything turned out so delicious. We enjoyed a day of learning how to prepare authentic italian food, met some very nice people and best of all ate the food we prepared along with some extras provided by the family, beef, sausages, and of course wine. This was the highlight of our trip.

“A little bit of Italian heaven”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 16 May 2014

I could not ask for a better day of cooking, eating, laughing and making new friends. This class is for anyone who enjoys any of these things. Giorgia and Susanna make Italian cooking simple, fresh and delicious, and words cannot describe the views of Positano and Montepertuso. The intimate class prepared five different dishes and one dessert... you cannot pick a favorite as they were all fantastic. When we sat down to eat, the wine flowed and a few surprises from the La Tagliata menu found their way to the table. Do not leave Positano until you had the opportunity to enjoy the La Tagliata family's sincere and gracious hospitality and dining pleasures. Grazie from Lisa.
