We went to Collina Bakery almost every day for espressos. We tried a few different things here and hence the mixed review. Service was great, everyone was super friendly.

Here's the breakdown by food:
- Espresso: bang on just what you would expect. Tons of locals going in an out
- Baked goods: Simply basic items, nothing over the top on this one. We tried some of their cookies and their Tiramisu.
- Gelato: Probably one of the best Coconut and chocolate gelato I have ever had. Super delicious
- Pizza: pretty good
- Sandwiches: unfortunately, these were not good at all. We ordered them to bring back to our place and they were super dry and very difficult to eat.

Perfectly located in the heart of Positano and bus stop. The gelato was so yummy we went multiple times in a day (YOLO! :) ). The staff was very friendly and the menu options were great as well.

After having possibly the worst cappuccino of my life just down the road from Collina, our coffee from Collina turned our morning around. It was great as were the pastries!

They had the World Cup
Soccer
On which was a big plus but our meals were good and we had a few drinks . I had the seared tuna which was very nice and hubby had a pasta with clams . Great service
And a complimentary limoncello on the recommend . It’s just near the main square in Positano . They have a bakery across the road too

Thank Lisa H

For our day trip to Positano we had one shot at getting a nice meal and were lucky that Collina Bakery worked for us.

It is in a good location on the fork of 2 roads overlooking the tourists walking past. It's amusing to see the wait staff run from the dining area down to the bakery to get the food as I don't think there is a kitchen in the dining area!

I had the Daviola (I think) pizza and it was the best pizza I've had in Italy so far.

Thank Toby V
