What an adorable hotel! Being family owned, you feel part of 'la famiglia' during your stay. The rooms are lovely and wifi works very well all over the hotel. With the option of having breakfast in your hotel room on the balcony...what better way to start your day than breakfast with home-made croissants and bread and an amazing sea-view.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful and happy to help book tours to pompeii and isle of capri for you. And with a restaurant right next door, no need to hassle with all the steps after dinner and vino!

The only downside is that the location of the hotel is a good 20 minute walk to the beaches and ports for ferries (sometimes exhausting after an already tiring day).

This hotel is on the main and only road accessible by vehicle in Positano and was lovely. It is family run and they are really helpful and speak great English. The only problem was the stairs, there is no elevator. He room ha a magnificent sea view and we could have free room service from 08:00 - 09:00 for breakfast. The restaurant below is run by the same family and if you stay and the hotel you get 10% off your meal if u eat at either one of the family restaurants. They were also extremely knowledgable and organized when it came to any excursions one might like to go on in and around Positano.

We just needed a place to stay for one night on our way to a Villa in Positano. The Villa owner recommended Manuela and this quaint hotel as an option just around the corner. We were so pleased with the recommendation. The room and bathroom were very clean. It is a little tight if two people are in the bathroom at the same time - but not a huge deal. The key to this location are Manuela and her mother. We were staying for a night, but they treated us as though we were staying for a month. I could not believe how welcome they made us feel. The hotel is right on the main road so it is easy to get from place to place. Ask for a room on the second floor facing the sea - it really improves the experience. There was live music in the street the night we were there and it just made it feel like an authentic Italian experience.

Room Tip: Second floor at the far end of the hallway will get you the best view of the sea.

We stayed for 2 nights at this lovely family business B&B. Located next to Grotta Fornilllo and exactly 452 (puh!) steps above Fornillo beach this little hotel offers everything you need. Clean rooms, good breakfast that you can get served on your private terrace or balcony but most important of all you'll experience a heartwarming familiar atmosphere. Manuela and Giuliana go out of their ways to make you feel at home!
We loved having dinner at 'Mediterraneo', one of their restaurants, where you will meet the rest of the family business :-)
Thanks Manuela for making our stay so special and uncomplicated (and say thank you to Anna for swopping rooms so easily, too ;-))

I've lost count of my vacations at Hotel Villa delle Palme, perhaps it is 6 times at this point. The wonderful family is always available to help with any information you may need. The location is perfect, in the middle of everything, easy walk to the beach.
the rooms are clean and very comfortable.....can't wait to return !
I have given this as a recommendation to all I know going to Positano!
