had a wonderful stay here in august 2014. the deluxe room was fabulous, as was the view from our balcony. the photos say it all. praiano was the perfect town to stay at on the amalfi coast. we went to the final night of the Festival of Lights in August. brilliant firework show. great restaurants in the town too. plus a quick bus ride about 8 miles to the west gets you to positano and in the opposite direction (we drove) to amalfi. the bus to positano stops right outside the hotels - perfect! there's a great little beach in praiano which the guys at the hotel will drive you to and back from any time you like. the beach doesn't get too busy either, unlike positano. can't say enough how helpful and lovely the guys who run this hotel were. best service I've experienced. also the hotel pool was always quiet. so relaxing. entire stay: 10/10

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff have thought of lots of little ways to make your experience more enjoyable. They offer great advice, lifts to and from the beach, great breakfast with homemade cakes (delicious!) and the rooms are lively with such a stunning view. I will definitely stay here again if I visit praiano again, which I'm sure I will.

Our stay have been very pleasant here. The room is nice and the service is exceptional. The staff is very attentive to our needs especially for my son who has allergy. They gave us good suggestion for us to go around the area. Highly recommended in Prairano.

We stayed at Hotel Margherita for 7 nights in August. We were very comfortable there and enjoyed every day. The staff were delightful - very friendly, very helpful. Our room was very pleasant as are all the public rooms. Good breakfast served with excellent meals available in the terrace restaurant. Car parking available. Great views throughout.

Lovely family-run hotel with a really welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff. We chose it for the location, the (small) pool and the fact that all the reviews were so overwhelmingly positive. Now we know why - we had a great time and the owners could not be more helpful or attentive. They will run you down to the beach and collect, provide towels and water. Parking was absolutely no problem. Fabulous views from the room, good food and lots of space to relax on the terraces.

Room Tip: Pay the extra for a sea view
