Giuseppe and Maddalena are the perfect hosts. Don't hesitate to ask them for anything. I was there for two nights in desperate need to relax and reflect. I found the solitude and peace I needed and then some. If the village square doesn't enchant you nearby Villa Cimbrione and Villa Rufolo are sure to leave you with a sense of wonder and serenity that is sure to stay with you for the rest of your days. During the day the view from Ravello Rooms itself is unbelievable. Try sipping Limocello at night on the veranda. An otherwordly experience. There was no faulting the room. Clean, modern, comfortable, private. For the price and where you are. It doesn't get any better.
As the bus comes through the tunnel and turns right, Ravello rooms is left. Any problems finding it, just call Giuseppe or find the info office in the village. The nearby restaurants offer cuisine that you could only dream about.
If you want a reasonably priced spacious comfortable room in Ravello (Really hard, believe me) with stunning views and a service level well beyond that of a normal B&B, definitely stay here.

We just returned from Italy and were thoroughly impressed with Ravello Rooms. The room was spotless and modern and the view from the little porch area was fantastic. Everything was neat and in perfect condition. Help and advice were plentiful. The only slight downside is the 20 minute walk to the town center - but it was not a difficult one at all. Great value in an expensive area.

We arrived in Ravello on our Amalfi Coast trip, very wired from the amazing but stressful driving ecperieince. Upon arriving in Ravello we found the place a little hard to find and no locals seemed to know where the Rooms were nor the trusty SatNav. Once we called the owner she gave us agood directions and met us along the road and directed us to parking which was very very helpful.
Up the steep steps we were led to our room and it was fanatastic. The view is amazing and the rooms facilities excellent, with everything we needed. The breakfast patio has the most amazing view of the coast and the hotel about a 20 minute panoramic walk into the town.

Really could not fault this place, friendly staff and a great experience

For staying on the Amalfi Coast, Ravello Rooms was great value. We stayed in August (peak season) so found that during this time of year there were pros and cons to staying in Ravello. What's great is that it has a much more relaxed vibe than nearby Amalfi, it is quiet and very tranquil (even in August). The views from the main area in Ravello are some of the best on the Amalfi Coast.

Ravello Rooms itself was great. We had a little trouble locating it at first but got help from the tourist office. It was awkward carrying our luggage up the stairs to the entrance but after that, as soon as we were greeted by Giuseppe we knew this was a special place to stay. Giuseppe is an excellent host with perfect English, very helpful and informative. Our room was large & well equipped. The common courtyard is pretty and overlooks the coast. The supplied breakfast is very simple so don't expect anything big, just some packaged foods left in the room which probably keeps the room rate down.

For us the only main disadvantage of the location was the accessibility in high season. So if going at other times of the year please ignore this and my review would otherwise be 5/5. But we found it rather difficult going to and from Ravello each day. The SITA buses are a joke & there is not enough Ravello buses to support the masses of ppl who go there for the day. This is made worse due to there being no system for lining up and getting on the buses. Therefore there is usually a stampede when a bus finally turns up & you have to push and shove your way thru an aggressive mosh pit of ppl to make it onto the bus (imagine this with luggage!). If you don't push your way, you will miss a spot on the bus, and the next one too, and so on. This was a daily problem for us. Going the opposite direction though (Ravello to Amalfi) was never a problem though.

So despite the hassle with the buses we were otherwise pleased with our stay and happy that we were able to stay somewhere affordable on the Amalfi Coast.

Second time to Ravello recently but decided to stay this time a do some walking! Ravello Rooms is a new B&B, clean, secure and a real joy to stay at. Guiseppe and his family are great hosts from initial emails, to picking me up from the main square and a 3 night stay in my case. Breakfast is basic, DIY which I liked so I could get an early start. A 10 minute walk to main square of Ravello - or longer if you keep looking at the view. Free wifi and info on tours etc around the area. And you wake up to the best view around off the terrace. All this at an extremely good price.

Yes there are 70 odd steps up to the rooms from the road but that's not many in Ravello (or the rest of the Amalfi Coast). But factor that in if that is a problem. Otherwise you will not find better value on the Coast than Ravello Rooms. highly recommended and I would love to return.

Lovely, reasonably priced b & b with great views down to Minori. We were visiting to go to a wedding and everything was just perfect except that we were only there for 2 nights!

Ravello Rooms is a newly refurbished and well kept B&B, with comfortable bed and bathroom. No frills or luxury, but a magnificent view on Minori and the Costiera and held by a very friendly and helpful couple.
