Was really looking forward to eating here overlooking the valley, arrived to be told all of the seats at the balcony were booked - 4 were empty and a number had people sat hugging a drop of wine in the bottom of a glass without eating all the while we were there - so we got off on a bad start to begin with but our fault really should have booked. We did not bother with starters as did not fancy any of them, I had lamb and my husband had steak which were nice, but all of the side dishes were tepid if not cold. We were so hungry we got on and ate it however when we told the waiter afterwards he said it was our fault and we should have told them earlier!! No one had been near us throughout nor came to ask if all was ok. If we'd have complained our meat would have been cold by the time the new veg came so there was no point. Ok food but I think it gets a lot of business because of the view - if you don't book you may be disappointed and I think the view is the best part of this place. I'd have overlooked the cold veg if we'd have been overlooking their balcony!!
