“Very good and very cheap dinner option in Ravello.”
Reviewed 30 June 2014

Firstly - this is a take away, there are a few bar style tables but that is it, so don't plan on dining in if you have a group.
Large selection of pizzas displayed on a board as you enter the door (descriptions are also in English). Most expensive pizza on the list - 5 euros. Only one size pizzas, we bought 5 and this fed 3 hungry teenage boys and 4 adults.
Staff are really nice and pizzas are prepared fresh and straight into a wood fired oven. They are Roma style so thin crispy crust.
Good quality pizzas that fed 7 for 21 euros - pretty hard to argue with that for a casual meal at home.
Grab a bottle of Chianti and enjoy!

“World's apart from a Pizza Hut!”
Reviewed 17 June 2014

After reading several fantastic reviews, we thought we would try this out after a busy and long day in Pompeii. Although when first walking in you think it is just an average takeaway, it is a special hidden gem. So good we went there twice (and one of us doesn't even like Pizza that much).

It's refreshing to see that in Ravello, there is a cheaper alternative for the times you don't fancy getting dressed up and having a fancy meal, but the quality is still maintained. We were really impressed that the most expensive Pizza was only 6 euros.

Pizzas start from 3 euros, which in many places would only get you a slice. There is only a short wait while you see the chef get to work with his hot wood burning oven. On our second visit with it being much busier, we still got served and walked out with our large pizzas within 10 minutes.

Don't let the fact that it is a takeaway put you off, it is not like the takeaways back in the UK after a night out - the restaurant quality is definitely there.

To sum up, Da Nino is an excellent must visit especially after those long walks exploring the Amalfi Coast.

“Amazing first taste of Italian pizza!”
Reviewed 6 June 2014

After a long day of driving and being introduced to italian driving styles we wanted a quick fix for dinner and we got that and more. Speedy service, great variety of toppings, no fuss pizzas. Intend to visit again one day :)

“Fantastic”
Reviewed 13 April 2014

This is a fantastic little pizzeria. If you are staying in Ravello, I implore you to visit Da Nino. He uses a super hot wood burning oven to achieve a perfectly crispy pizza with a killer crust. We had the salsiccia (sausage) and it was really, really good. Trust me.

When you're not in the mood for yet another 4-course dinner but you're still craving a delicious, handmade, quality, fast, and cheap meal in Ravello--this is IT!

By the way, the sign says "take away" but there are a few chairs inside for you to sit and enjoy your food.

“Great pizza”
Reviewed 28 October 2013 via mobile

Just the thing when you are ravenous after a long walk but don't fancy an expensive restaurant. The pizza was delicious and we ate it in the nearby piazza and took in the views.
