One thing all non-Italian tourists need to get into their heads is that service is much slower, especially than that in America. This is not fast food people!
That said, John Carlo and Luigi were most gracious hosts as well as the other staff (I believe they are all family). We had cocktails there every evening and because they have omelettes on the menu, we had breakfast there one morning as well. Loved the ham (probably prosciutto) and cheese omelette. This place is not cheap though, so if you're on a tight budget, look elsewhere.
