We stayed here for a week recently in a deluxe room. Nice and spacious, comfortable with a private balcony and views to die for.

However, what makes this place special is not just the rooms but the service. Antonio and his brother take great care to ensure you have a great stay. Nothing seems to be too much trouble.

Ravello is a beautiful place, not too lively, with a fantastic atmosphere.

We stayed in hotel for 4 nights. The family that runs the hotel are wonderful, very warm making us feel at home at once. They helped us with anything we needed. They had heart and soul , as did the hotel, which was a medieval monestary. That being said , the room we had was a bit too small, fairly hot with a gorgeous, sea view it was room 19. The other rooms were some what bigger and cooler. The terrace views every morning and night were extraordinary. We dined the one night with great food and service. No swimming pool yet.

Room Tip: Room 19 too small and hot but wonderful view and we asked for a sea view room

We stayed at the Parsifal 9 years ago, and we weren't disappointed when we returned. We had a lovely room with balcony overlooking the bay of Salerno. Just perfect to wake up to each morning. Nothing is too much trouble for any of the family, and the food is excellent. Next door to some of the bigger hotels, this is truely a little gem which should not be missed. We can't wait to return.

Hotel Parsifal is a family run hotel and you can sense the pride and care they take in every detail. Beautiful location, clean, cozy rooms, comfortable beds, and excellent value. My girlfriend and I stayed for 4 nights in early June, and wished we could have stayed longer. If you are debating where to stay on the Amalfi Coast, I would definitely recommend Ravello and I would say stay at Hotel Parsifal. Ravello boasts amazing views and, while touristy, seems considerably less so than Positano or Amalfi. If you enjoy hiking, as both my girlfriend and I do, you will love exploring the paths connecting Ravello to the seafront towns. The paths wind through small gardens and orchards by quaint, stone houses. The view is always shifting, and alway remarkable.

Antonio, the proprietor, helped us countless times with directions, recommendations and reservations. He even went so far as to help us book a ferry from Italy to Croatia - even taking the time to call a Croatian friend to find the best ferry to take. Antonio truly goes above and beyond to make his guests' stays as pleasant as possible.

The breakfast is also quite good and has nice variety. The restaurant serves a very good dinner if you decide to dine in for a night. The wait staff at both breakfast and dinner are very knowledgeable, friendly and humorous.

We miss our time at Hotel Parsifal and hope to go back soon.

The gardens are just so pretty, the location is superb, the views are amazing and the brothers that run this hotel are all so friendly and welcoming.

We only stayed one night unfortunately as we were only in Ravello for a weekend, but would love to return again in the future.

We booked last minute a standard room but managed to change our room to a sea view which was well worth it. The room was quaint but we were told this beforehand, so they were very honest about it but we still chose it as on our final day we just wanted a balcony overlooking the sea.

The evening meal was just fabulous, the food, the wine, the service everything and they managed to book us on a table overlooked the stunning views.

This really is a hidden gem and the brothers who run this hotel should be just so proud.

Three brothers run this small ex-convent that offers some of the warmest hospitality, best food and most spectacular views I have encountered anywhere. Highly recommended for the personal attention, well-equipped rooms and the little open-air restaurant terrace where we dined on fresh fish, simply grilled but to perfection, both nights of our stay. Highly recommended and very good value for money.

Upon our arrival we were greated by the manager ,taken to our lovely room with a view of the sea and offered a glass of wine. The room was large, clean, and very quiet. After the hustle and bustle of Florence this was such a pleasure. Antonio made sure we had everything we needed and did lots of extras such as helping with train tickets, ect. Of all the hotels I have stayed in this is my favorite for charm, hospitality and views from the room. It was so hard to leave,I felt we left part of our hearts in Ravello. It was my husbands favorite in Italy. The food was very good and we enjoyed our breakfast overlooking the sea every morning. I can't wait to return!

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a sea view.
