I've been one week in the Elba island (part of Tuscany) and this restaurant is the one that I liked most. Owners are from Emilia-Romagna, another Italian region, and they make pasta: being part of my family originated from that area, I can tell at first sight that it is very good. But we didn't order their pasta (which is made with egg) but fish-based dishes, instead. Everything was well prepared, the blend of ingredients was respectful of each and the global sensation was of a very well done home cooking. The owner and personnel have been very kind.
