1 mark deducted for early closing of bar (10pm). V good breakfast despite limited hot option (bacon, scrambled egg, boiled egg, toast). Polite and helpful staff. Garden/pool as nice as it looks in the photo but walk down path to lake (2-3 minutes) not especially nice, we avoided it at night. Hugely popular gelataria attached but we didn't particularly rate it. Busy at night but you can also get drinks there when the hotel bar closed. Upon reflection I give it 5 stars

This was my second visit. I previously had a short break in October and felt this would make a good family hotel for summer hols, and I wasn't disappointed. The location is good, close to restaurants, the lake and about a 15 min walk to town. There is no restaurant for dinner which suited us and the breakfast is wide ranging and tasty (fresh orange juice machine was perfect). The hotel is for wellness and spa lovers, and each time we visited (no cost) it was empty - sauna, steam, etc.

If you can afford it, we upgraded for a few nights to the wellness suite and enjoyed our own personal steam rom and jacuzzi all in our suite, on the top floor with a large balcony area.

Room Tip: Choose room overlooking the pool area.

My wife and I stayed in the Flora Parc Hotel for 10 nights for our recent holiday. The experience right from the start was very good. After we booked we had written confirmation from staff at the Hotel and they booked a return transfer for us from the airport to the hotel (which was cheaper than booking it in the UK). They also helped me via email with queries to do with day trips and travel.

When we arrived at the airport the driver was waiting for us as promised and he was smart and polite (although take some spare under pants as the Italian driving is interesting haha!)

We arrived at the hotel and were greeted warmly, our room wasn't ready yet (it was still early morning) but we were shown to the restaurant and offered a complimentary breakfast even though we hadn't paid for it which was really kind.

After we had breakfast and a walk around the resort we came back and our room was ready. We paid for a comfort room which I believe other people have said is the basic room. I think possibly we were upgraded as our room was at the side of the building looking in to a garden and had a nice mountain view. The room also has dressing gowns, free water and a free bottle of bubbly in a fridge so I think maybe this wasn't a comfort room? Either way we were very happy the room was sparkly clean, the bed was comfortable (mattress very firm but I like that) and the bathroom was really nice with an excellent shower.

Breakfast at the hotel we though was very nice we sat on the verenda over looking the garden - I didn't like the way the scrambled eggs were cooked personally or the chopped meats but I really enjoyed the rest of the selection. The fresh orange juice was lovely, they also had, boiled eggs available (DIY so you can get runny yolks yumm!), various hams and cheeses, lovely fresh breads, yoghurt, different cereals, granola, natural yoghurt, cakes, fresh coffee with a coffee machine that make lattes etc. They also had fresh whole fruit along with tinned fruit... it was an impressive selection and we both looked forward to it every morning. The lady who looked after the restaurant was also brilliant - she always greeted everyone with a friendly smile and bonjourno and worked really hard at keeping breakfast running smoothly.

The pool was lovely set in a gorgeous little garden that someone clearly loves and looks after all the time. There were always plenty of beds available even on hot days with two showers next to pool. The waiter man that walked round the pool taking drink orders was brilliant and really friendly (I think he was also the night porter?) he would always smile and greet us when he saw us. We also got little snaks with our drinks (one day crisps, the next day a little sandwich!).

The hotel has a lovely Spa which is free to use.. it was very impressive with a big Jacuzzi, Turkish baths, Sauna, aromatherapy room, a plunge pool, scented showers and a foot shower thingy!

The location of the hotel is about 10-15 mins walk from the centre of Riva Del Garda but only 30 seconds walk from the a lovely part of the lake were you can sun bathe and swim if you wanted - there are plenty of restaurants nearby but it is worth walking in to the centre for dinner as in our experience the restaurants were nicer in the centre. One thing I will say is make sure you visit the Flore Ice cream shop next door - it's number one restaurant in Riva Del Garda for a reason the ice cream is the best we have ever had!

Lastly I just want to mention how clean the room was kept.. the taps were gleaming every day and everything was spotless the cleaning staff are clearly very good!

We'd like to thank all the staff at the Flora Parc for a lovely holiday - your hard work shows and I'd recommend the hotel to friends and family.

This family run hotel has about 50 rooms, Its 400 yards to the lake, but you can't see it because of other buildings. It has a super little garden and pool at the rear. The breakfasts are great, lots of fresh fruit, bread, cakes, cold meats , cheeses and excellent scrambled eggs.. The breakfast room overlooks the garden, and when it is warm you can sit outside. The buildings are immaculate, well maintained and the staff are all friendly.
Its a walk along the lakeshore to the lovely old town with its harbour, cafes and several good restaurants, set between the lake and the mountains. We were there early June and there was still snow on the mountains but the air was warm, going on hot during the day

Room Tip: If you book a comfort=basic=cheapest room they are all on the front of the hotel overlooking the car park for the superb ice cream parlour and the main road main road so it can be noisy and there is not a scenic view.

Just back from Parc Flora and would have to agree with most of the comments about the Hotel. Everyone were very helpful from front desk upwards. Swimming Pool fabulous. Rooms spotless.
Gelateria to front to die for. Town of Riva very scenic and clean. Great selection of restaurants in the town. A trip to Limone a Must. Big problem we had was choice at Breakfast. If you are a healthy eater this place is for you but choice at breakfast failed to impress us. Scrambled egg and chopped up ham would not be our idea of breakfast. Was not possible to get a fried egg or bacon etc.Diningroom felt as if it was been run on a Budget. Having said all that we would highly recommend the Hotel asd it is very quiet and peaceful and friendly.
