Just one minute's walk from the big Ariston Theatre, you will easily miss B. Bros & Co. because it's hidden half-way down a dark narrow lane. Keep your eyes skinned and step down from the entrance to a longish hall sitting not more than 30, with cool artworks on the walls and not too bright lighting, but ideal to read the stylish menu. The clientele tends to be not hip but smart, the place looks like a connaisseurs' haunt.
The food list is contained, as the list of any good restaurant's ought to be, meaning all ingredients are fresh and prepared on the premises. The dishes are well presented in the correct portions; the flavours perfectly balanced, the bill nothing to be afraid of.
The staff is politely friendly; bread, water and "coperto" are included in the bill. We'll be back to taste other delights very soon. With the customers' appreciation.
