This hotel is rather old but in good condition. The rates are very good as is the location, the restaurant next door no longer operates.

The rooms are large and clean and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was very basic but for a simple overnighter it is perfectly fine.

It has the potential to improve with some simple decorations and an improvement to the breakfast but for the price it is very good.

Sansepolcro is a nice town and although it does not show up often in tour pages it is worth visiting.

I recently stayed here for a week whilst working in the town. I found the owners extremely friendly and helpful and my stay was very pleasant. There is some noise from both the street and the kitchen of the taverna next door on Fridays and Saturdays but this is probably the price you pay for being in the centre of town. Internet access was free, which was a great help to me, although I did have to sit in the hallway rather than log on in the room. The breakfast was OK but not always consistent and could do with a bit more thought behind it. Very clean.

Room Tip: Rooms at the front have street noise and rooms at the back have noise from the kitchens next door. You choose!!

We were very happy with Albergo Fiorentino although we were up two floors.

Regrettably breakfast was a sparse affair with machine coffee and a poor selection of bread and ham. It’s a shame however we met the owner who more than made up for this. As we were leaving we have a long chat with him and he and gives us a route down to Lago Trasimeno as well as a disk of photos he has taken. He could not have been more helpful.

I returned to this Hotel after staying here in 2006 . I was pleased to find that the hospitality hadnt changed and was as helpfull as ever. The rooms are clean and well serviced, and the breakfast is more than adequate with a good selection of food to suit all tastes.
It is idealy situated in the centre of the town next to excellent resteraunts and shops.
I would recomend anyone looking for an ideal B/B in this area to stay here.

This hotel is located in the center of old Sansepolcro, just off one of the main streets. Unfortunately it is also located next to a saloon that stays open until 2 AM and that has tables outside on the same street. Which means lots of boisterous drunks. Virtually impossible to sleep until the punters have staggered off into the night.
The breakfast table was impressive, the room was clean enough, the shower was not separated at all from the rest of the bathroom, not even a curtain.
I should also mention that the woman in charge was on one occasion incredibly rude. I got the impression that she was more than a little deranged.
You should be warned, as well, not to use the telephone. I was charged about 5 euros per minute for doing so; my mobile was not working at the time.

Room Tip: get one in the back, away from the street.
