Very friendly welcoming staff, clean room with en suite and air conditioning. It suited us because we were able to park on the premises for a small extra daily charge. All of the local sights were within five minutes walk. We particularly enjoyed the herb museum and the art gallery.

We really had a wonderful time here at the Albergo Fiorentino. It's location is perfect, ten meters away from the main street, with an outstanding restaurant next door. Rooms were traditional but incredibly clean and warm, which was perfect for our family trip. The staff was surprisingly hospitable and friendly all the time, which made our stay here even more enjoying.

I am not prone to exaggeration. The staff at this B&B were as good as you get, from the owners to the service people. Friendly, absolutely tops. Breakfast was of high quality and plentiful. It is located literally seconds away from all you'll want or need in this stunning historically town. I came to Sansepolcro for the Renaissance art, and then found the local people to be wonderful. Don't hesitate to stay here, this was my second stay and I'm hoping to get back there soon.

Room Tip: # 5 is small but quiet with a view of the inner courtyard

This hotel is right in the old part of the town with lots of character and charm - not least from the contact with the owners. Whilst it is old, some serious attempts to modernise helps improve the facilities. We had a problem with our room air conditioner on the first night but were able to move to an alternate room for our subsequent 2 nights - the resolution of the issue was handled really well and we couldn't fault the level of involvement and willingness to find a solution.
The rates are very reasonable and the basic breakfast reflected that. Wifi was only available in the area near reception - not in the rooms. Not really good enough these days.
We booked a private garage spot for our car - a challenge to get in and out - but again the owner was happy to help.
Disappointing that on departure there was a problem with processing our credit card (which worked fine both before and after elsewhere). Had to find a cash machine and pay by cash - no offer to discount for cash so the hotel pocketed the card fee included in their normal rate.

Room Tip: Go for the top floor - better views over the rooftops and lighter rooms. Watch out for no lift thoug...

We absolutely loved staying here. Old stone building but very tastefully and recently done up rooms, very clean, freash, very thoughtful. The staff were friendly and welcoming very well educated and informative, and spoke good English. Highly reccomend the restaurant which rated some of our best meals in Italy for very reasonable prices. Our breakfasts were great, four cheeses, two meats, four cereals, yogurt, tarts, cakes, fruit, freshly made espresso. Also recommended by other locals we met on our travels. They also do cooking classes which sadly I didn't organize myself enough to join in on, and wine tastings. No hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone.

This hotel is rather old but in good condition. The rates are very good as is the location, the restaurant next door no longer operates.

The rooms are large and clean and the hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was very basic but for a simple overnighter it is perfectly fine.

It has the potential to improve with some simple decorations and an improvement to the breakfast but for the price it is very good.

Sansepolcro is a nice town and although it does not show up often in tour pages it is worth visiting.
