Amazing dinner. I have been here many time and always get better. Great service and nice atmosphere. Love Uliassi restaurants.

Michelin Star?? Good.. well deserved. Extremely thoughtful chef really understands tastes. Beautiful location, tastefully served with an excellent wine list.
Service impecable.

This was not a meal- this wasa dining experience.

Senigallia hosts two of the greatest chef's of Italy. One of them is Mauro Uliassi. Together with his sister he arranges you a perfect dining experience, fore sure!

The entrance to the restaurant feels very comfortable and warming. The restaurant is nicely decorated with art (mostly made bij Catia), combined with a classic beach club style.
Catia Uliassi turned out to be a very friendly and charming host for the evening! So was the rest of the staff. Friendly and attentive without being too formal. 9/10

The dinner started out with a nice and tasty mix of appetizers combined with and refreshing aperitif based on kirsch and prosecco. The foie gras made "loacker" was the first flavor bomb of the evening. There would be more of them to come.....

We opted for the (easy) classics menu. 6 instead of 8 dishes. It turned out to be perfectly balanced dinner.

The first dish looked like a primo but it wasn't! It was tagliatella made of seppia! Topped of with a nice crunchy sauce made of quinoa and nori seaweed pesto nicely served in a bonbonniere. 9/10

What followed was "the dish of the evening" for me. A cracker filled with red mullet in between, served with a very tasteful and intense parsley soup dipper. Simple but just phenomenal! A true explosion for the taste buds! 10/10

Next came up a tasty roasted squid skewer, topped of with some icy balls. Again a great taste sensation, but no wow-factor for me. 8/10

What followed was (again) mind blowing; the albanella jar with shellfish and aromatic herbs. All ingredients in a preserving jar, cooked "au bain marie" style. This was probably the most tasty fish-experience of my life for sure! The freshness of the fish combined with a very pure and intense stock. Simply amazing! 10/10

Then one of Mauro's signature dishes; the smoked spaghetti with clams and roasted tomato. Best spaghetti vongole type pasta I've ever had. So intense and pure. It almost leaves you begging for more of it! 10/10

The dessert were of the same level as all mentioned before; I must admit that I preferred the pre-dessert over the real one. It consisted of a pearl of sorbet strawberry ice-cream with meringue and fresh sweet/sour fruit. Simply Amazing!
I asked Catia if it was possible to switch my dessert (Passionfruit soup instead of Tirami....su) which was no problem at all. The soup was intensely flavored and a great combination with the ice-cream and banana. 9/10

The wine-list is extensive, just what you would expect from a restaurant like this. I chose a nice and fresh bottle of Fiano which turned out to be a great match to all of the dishes. I also had a great glass of Sicilian dessert-wine with the desserts. Great combination and not overpriced.

The bill was ok too. €120pp is very reasonable for an experience like this was.

What can I say in the end? This is the closest to three stars as one can get and probably my best seafood-dinner experience ever! We had a truly marvelous evening with Mauro and Catia Uliassi and there team! This is definitely worth a trip and we will return for sure!

We had lunch on the deck in late May and it was one of the best meals ever. The Easy Lab menu was almost, but not quite, too much. This was the best 2.5 hours we have spent at a meal. If you find yourself within a few hours of Senigallia, you should treat yourself. Best of all, they make you feel that they are really happy you are there.

I was very fortunate to experience this fabulous restaurant earlier this year. We were guests of the Hospitality school in Senagalia where UUliassi's owner and chef had begun his training. What exquisite food, a total sensory experience. The service, the presentation of the food completely made my visit to Senagalia' top restaurant so worth while.
