Positioned above Sestri there is a great view of sunset. Sometimes you will be offered an aperatif when you arrive but not always. The main part of the restaurant is external of the main building in a wooden and glass structure which is ideal for enjoying the view. The menu is fixed and has varied little over the last 4 years that I have visited. A large selection of starters, a choice of 3 primi dishes and a choice of 3 main courses, the steak is exceptional! Wine is included as is grappa. The food is good but its all let down by the owners who never smile and are probably not best suited to a customer facing job which is a shame. I would have rated it higher if they smiled but the lady owner never does!
