The apartment is in walking distance of town and the Bay of Silence. Private parking is provided for one car (good). We found the single beds really small and basic. Double bed was ok. Furnishing and equipment provided in the apartment is very basic. Kitchen is small/narrow. TV has only/mostly Italian channels, although you won't need it much. There is no WiFi in the flat, but WiFi is provided for free in the streets of Sestri. The place was clean and the view from the balcony great. There is quite some noise from the street (!) at the front and from the trains at the back. You need to get used to that. If you do, you can hear the sea in the morning from the front bedroom, which is nice. Managing the garbage separation and finding an (open) container to throw it in can be a challenge. Otherwise, a pleasant (short) stay as you will spend most of your time in beautiful Sestri (recommended), the (crowded!) Cinque Terre or, if you have the money, Portofino is worth seeing.
We stayed at this property for a week , it was very nice , the view from the balcony was great. You can chill with a glass of wine and enjoy the view . The private parking at the back of the property was really handy as we had a minibus with us and was difficult to park . You can walk into the centre in ten minutes and you can hire bikes just across the road. Marinella was lovely and gave us some good advise on restaurant s and let you enjoy the property without any intrusions but was available if needed. There was a little road noise but despite this we all slept well
