We chanced upon Cantina de Corvi while visiting Spoleto and what an enjoyable experience we had. The waiter spoke excellent English and was able to explain the menu to us. He told us that the Chef had received the first of the Summer truffles that day and was making a spaghetti dish with them. I had not tried truffles before so opted to try this dish, and was not disappointed as the flavour was outstanding! As recommended by the waiter we tried the fish as we were told that it was one of the Neapolitan Chef's specialities. It too was delicious. The Chef's limoncello made from special lemons finished off the meal superbly.
