We stopped here for lunch during a short trip to Umbria. The restaurant is rather remote and not easy to find but well worth the effort. Menu was a bit different with quite a bit of local game. Antipasto was excellent - various cheeses with home made chutneys, bresaola with rocket. Pasta was also very good and everything beautifully presented and explained by the very helpful waiter. He chatted about the food and also the wine, which enhanced the experience. The owner also came over a couple of times to talk to us so we felt very welcome. We ate inside in the cool and enjoyed reading the posters for the New Years Eve dinner which is obviously a highlight of the year there, but we could have sat under the trees outside. Certainly a place to return to and prices were normal for the area.
