“really a marvel”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

If you're in Spoleto for a visit, you'd probably have to actively try if you wanted to miss the Ponte delle Torri. It's a great walk with expansive vistas, and provides easy access to an extensive network of hiking trails in the area. It's worth the brief walk across and back even if you aren't going hiking, and as others have said, do it during sunset for amazing views.

“A true wonder given the time it was built”
Reviewed 7 June 2014

This aqueduct is in great shape given it's age. You can walk across it and see the natural spring water still running today. We topped up our water bottle and it was cold and clean!

“A magnificent sight”
Reviewed 26 May 2014

Taking the path through the woods from Monteluco to the bridge gives a fantastic perspective as you enter Spoleto. What a shame about the graffiti!!

“Ancient aquaduct”
Reviewed 22 May 2014

It was a very pleasant walk from our hotel past the fort to this ancient aquaduct and to return by another route above the river. It was even better being able to walk across its length over this deep gorge.

“A staring point for a lovely walk”
Reviewed 21 May 2014

The old bridge crosses the river with magnificent views and serves as an entry pont for an easy but lovely walk along the edge of the gorge.
