Nice view of the port from our balcony. If WiFi is important, let them know before they assign you to a room away from the main bldg. (I just walked over to the square by the office and used the WiFi while I enjoyed the local flavor.) Clean room. Careful about the hot water; might run out if you're not miserly about it (but we coped). The B&B's location in the old walled city is the selling point; the rest of "downtown" Termoli is okay. The beach is nice.

Cars aren't allowed in the walled city after late spring so plan accordingly. The B&B gave us a tag for our car so we could park overnight a few hundred feet from our room.

Room Tip: If WiFi is important, ask for a room in the main bldg or accept that you'll have to walk over near the office and use the WiFi while sitting in the square.

This is a very nice Bed and Breakfast in the Old Town. We stayed in a lovey room with a balcony over looking the port, (Bruto was the room). The shower had chromotherapy lights in the shower which was relaxing. The room was very modern and clean. We were given a free parking pass to park our car at the port for the four nights we stayed in termoli which was nice as we did not want to drive whilst in termoli. The breakfast was served in the actual Bed and Breakfast which was a 30 second walk from the rooms which were in a seprate building to the main Bed and Breakfast, (The 3 luxury rooms are seperate from the main building which made it quiet also) The breakfast was cakes and pastries, coffee and breads etc and was very nice. Overall I would recommend this bed and breakfast but would like to add that our stay was overshadowered by the fact we were accused of marking the dressing table which we cleary did not do as we pointed this out upon arrival but the attitude of the staff changed from being very friendly to cold when we advised that we did not do this so that was a shame as we had a lovely time but that left us feeling sad that they thought this of us.

Room Tip: Bruto is the only room with a balcony.

Nice and cozy hotel in the middle of the historical city. We stayed one night and enjoyed the commodities of the room. Nice view to the port, big and comfortable bed. The room is modern and has this chromotherapy with lights that relaxes you while you go to the shower.
The breakfast is very good and plenty.

My husband, teenage daughter and I spent two nights at this B&B and would definitely return. The room was clean, comfortable and had a new modern bathroom. The location was great in the historic city center of Termoli. I had read that there was no parking allowed in the center, but the B&B gave us a parking pass which allowed us to do so, although it was off season and the center did not have much activity. Not sure if this is allowed during the summer months, and if not, it is a good uphill walk. The staff speaks good English and Manuela was very helpful directing us to restaurants that were open during this time. Breakfast was a little more than the typical Italian pastries and enough to be satisfying until lunch. Along with pastries and bread it included salame, yogurt, and cereal with coffee, tea, juices, or cappucino. Cheese toast was offered also. The only complaint was that the room we were in had a small capacity hot water heater, and we ran out of hot water 1 1/2 showers into the morning. We just adjusted our shower schedule the next day and had no problem. Overall, we had a very nice experience and would recommend this B&B to friends. I hope to add pictures to this review at a later date.
