Our room was really superb with a wonderful view on the lake, the welcoming was perfect and the whole hotel was modern and beautiful. The parking spot in front of the entrance is very convenient. We appreciated the location just down town.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, part of our 7 day trip to Italy! As soon as I stepped off the bus outside the hotel I was in awe- the location couldn't be more perfect, right opposite the lake, amazing views!

The hotel was immaculate- can't say anything bad about it. We only booked an economy room (being students n'all!) but on arrival was told we'd been upgraded to a superior room with a lake view- wow! Made my day and couldn't get over how lovely it was. We was also given a complimentary drink each and discount voucher for the restaurant.

Service was spot on, everyone was so friendly and couldn't do enough to help.

Breakfast was continental, but the same as everything else, fantastic. Huge selection of breads, fruits and yogurts, cakes and pastries, toasties, Italian version of a full English (you could say), meats, cheeses, juices- oooh yum!

Could go on forever, but yeah, couldn't recommend more- made our stay perfect!

I loved this place. The decor is very modern, but the building is old and full of character. Its worth noting that there is an elevator to bring luggage to the upper floors. The staff was superb, very friendly and helpful, and my stay was fantastic. There are two parking spots right in front for loading and unloading, and because I was there on a quiet night, I was able to utilize them both for check in and check out. There is also paid parking right across the street along the lake that you could use to load and unload for convenience. They do have a secure parking lot, but it is not all that easy to find, and its quite a walk from the hotel. Fine on a cool October evening, but maybe not ideal in the heat of summer. I checked in in the evening and was given a discount on my reserved room and an upgrade without even asking. I also received a coupon for some free drinks at the bar and I think a coupon for a discount at their restaurant (delicious) for dinner. The room had a nice sized flat screen TV, which I didn't watch, but it showed me the place was not trying to cut any corners. There was also a balcony with couches and a hot tub on my floor, right by the room and with a nice view of the lake. The entire experience of staying there was just so pleasant and relaxing, I highly recommend it.

We visited this property as part of a 2 week trip through Austria and Italy in July 2012. Lake Garda provided stunning scenery and the town was lovely. I can't say enough great thing about the property, it is ideally located right on the lake and we had a stunning view from the room. Service was top notch from the time we arrived to the time we left. Loved the mini-bar and free drinks! One small downside was off-site parking but was a just a short walk away. The hotel restaurant was worth every penny and we ate there 2 out of 3 nights of the stay.

The hotel is right on the lake, in a lovely resort town. One can take nice walks starting right at the hotel's doorstep: to the lake promenade, up to the church in the hills, to good restaurants and shopping.
The service is swift, rooms are all clean and have character. We stayed with a group of friends (4 rooms), and upon visiting them all I have to note they are very different: size, view, level of amenities differ quite dramatically, so book carefully and select the price category based on your wishes.
The breakfast offered a good selection for every taste (I guess, this area is popular among a few nationalities, so the food is catered to offer some favourite breakfast choices to each). :-)
The only hassle is parking: has to be booked in advance, then bags and kids/elderly have to be unloaded very quickly upon arrival (only very limited spots to stop in front of the hotel, with no stopping on the road itself), and then the car has to be taken to the parking (a brisk 10-minute walk, which was not appreciated in August heat). A bit of logistical challenge: as you have to park your car before even having a chance to check-in. Nevertheless, with pre-planning it is manageable, and the staff is helpful with directions.

Room Tip: Splurge on a lake-facing room on the top floor (on lower floors you'd have much noise from the b...

While on trip around Europe we booked Hotel Lago Di Garda as our time out relaxing break and we were so glad we did.
Lake Garda is Beautiful even out of season and the hotels location is perfect.

We booked 2 rooms the double Favola which has stunning views of the lake a free mini bar and and free Bar drinks and the single Melodia with free mini bar.

We were presented with a welcome bottle of champagne and chocolate treats and a lovely souvenir Gift basket.

The staff were fantastic and always extremely helpful and happy to assist. My only regret is that we didn't eat in the restaurant for dinner. Breakfast was great with a varied choice of food and of course Italian coffee.

As a rule I don't tend to revisit the same locations, but If I'm in the region of the Italian lakes It would be very difficult to resist the lure of Lago Di Garda.

This was our second time at the hotel, now in october to go hiking in the mountains. The hotel is perfectly located close to the lake surrounded by spetacular mountains. This time we stayed at the hotel for 9 nights- in a very nice room with a great lake view. We ended up eating in the hotel restaurant (Aqua) every night; they have great food and very friendly staff (we tried some of the other restaurants close to the hotel last year, but Aqua is in our opinion the best).
We can really recommend this hotel- and the area wich is perfect for a lot of sports activities (such as cycling and hiking).
