If it is true that the external presentation isn't the most attractive, nevertheless you forget this detail as soon as you sit down and start eating. The restaurant is large with also an ample outdoor seating area. They are comfortable with large groups, I was there with family on a special occasion last Sunday and all worked like clockwork. Everything was delicious and abundant, like any typical Italian family wants it. I loved the mixed starters including the prosciutto and salame served with figs of two qualities, the panzanella, the spicy meat balls and lots more. We had two pasta dishes as "primo", one was a delicious porcini risotto (the porcinis were so big I had to cut them with the knife) and the other tagliatelle with local ragu' sauce, absolutely delicious. "Second" was also well represented with typical "Tagliata di manzo" (lightly cooked beef, in thin slices) served with a variety of lightly fried vegetables, and "Arrosto d'arista" (pork roast) along some roasted potatoes. All was diluted with some Morellino wine (red), which was easy (too easy!) to drink and palatable. We concluded with an assortment of delicious pastries, of which my favourite was the apple and pine nut variety with cream. The service was friendly, prompt and efficient at the time of my experience, so I cannot agree with the other reviews I read on this site. Actually I loved every minute of this meal and definitely needed a long walk afterwards!
