We visited Volterra at the end of March 2013 and chanced upon this lovely little restaurant before 7pm, when it was still empty of customers, so worried that we might have made a mistake choosing to eat there. However, after ordering, the place began filling up quickly. The entire meal was perfect, the service impeccable, and the atmosphere warm and inviting. The menu features homemade entrees (their gnocchi is fantastic), appertivo and desserts, including a delicious tiramasu, which we ordered to share and thoroughly enjoyed. The hill city of Volterra is a very interesting place and Ristorante Da Beppino was the topper to a great visit.
