We've just spent a week in Les Cabannes and ate here twice, once on the Sunday night and once on the following Friday night. Even though we were very much out of season, we needed to book both times as the restaurant was full when we just turned up on the Saturday.
The food was excellent - all locally sourced from the valley - and cooked wonderfully (the 8 hour beef was exceptional). The service was warm and friendly despite my terrible French, and the owners took the time and effort to make us feel welcome. There was a good selection of wine to go with the food, and the prices were really good value.
I would strongly recommend it to everyone who's in or around the area, it's certainly worth going out of your way for.
